What is an online booking system?
An online booking system lets clients choose a service and book an open time on their own, day or night, instead of calling or messaging you. The good ones also take deposits, send reminders and keep every booking in one calendar.
Do clients need an account to book?
No. Clients book with their name, email and (if you ask for it) phone number. They can sign in to the client portal later with a one-time email code to manage their bookings.
Can I approve bookings before they're confirmed?

Can I still take bookings by phone?
